Think your Pharmacy is the best Rural Pharmacy in Australia?
2. Entries open to all Rural Pharmacies of Australia. Pharmacy “a business where medications are provided to the community”. Rural Pharmacy “be a Pharmacy assessed as MMM (Modified Monash Model) Category 3-7.
2. By completing and submitting this form Pharmacies who enter give consent for Rural Pharmacy Australia to have their details stored on file. The information will be used by Rural Pharmacy Pty Ltd only and not given to any 3rd Parties.
3. the winner will be assessed on the following categories:
Initiatives to the current Pharmacy issues of; Out of Stocks, Staffing, Reduced bottom line, Government Price Disclosure, Staff Support and Training.
Continuation of the Rural Pharmacy Industry in its practices
4.The awarded Pharmacy will be paid by bank cheque. The award and cheque will be given to them on the day of the award, 2nd September 2023 at the Conference Dinner. If the wining pharmacy is not present at the conference, a representative of Rural Pharmacy Australia will accept the award on their behalf and arrange for the prizes and cheque to be sent to the winner via registered post.
5.Pharmacies who wish to participate in this award must complete the registration form available from our website RuralPharmacyAustralia.com and other media platforms from 25/9/22 until 20/8/2023
6. The entries will be reviewed and chosen by a panel of 5 Pharmacists. the panels decision is final.
